You are ambitious. I have a hard time writing down what I am eating and only I read it.... :)
How do you feel about putting your serving size on here? I just mention it because ,as you know, you can eat all kinds of foods that are good for you, but if you eat too much of it you can still gain weight. Just a question...
Baby steps, Michelle. Sometimes it's just not possible to measure. When it's a packaged food, I try to do one serving size. Maybe I'll get to the measuring and weighing soon, though!
